Health and Safety Representatives

Health and safety representatives (HSRs) represent the WHS interests of employees in their workgroups. They are elected for a term of three years and perform an important role in representing workers in communication/consultation/negotiation with management. HSRs are the main point of contact for workers to raise WHS issues or concerns.
