- MagazinePlus
An index to Japanese journal articles from approximately 14,000 journal titles totalling 5.2 million records. It covers academic and general journal titles in the natural and social sciences, the humanities, and literature.
- Mainichi Shinbun (Maisaku)
Maisaku is the online version of the Japanese newspaper Mainichi Shinbun. It consists of several functions: 1. Simple search: Combined search by keyword and date in the Mainichi Shinbun and the journal Shûkan Ekonomisuto. 2. Detailed search: Mainichi Shinbun kiji kensaku: search for articles of the Mainichi Shinbun by keyword and date. For the years 1987-today a real full text search is provided. For the years 1872-1986 only the headings of important articles are indexed. Not all articles are included in the database (e.g. Sumô results, TV programme, cartoons etc. are excluded). 3. Mainichi Shinbun shimen kensaku: search images of the Mainichi Shinbun by date (1872-1999). 4. Denshi shukusatsuban: digital version of Mainichi Shinbun (1989-1999) for browsing with flash player. 5. Shûkan Ekonomisuto kiji kensaku: full text search of the journal Shûkan Ekonomisuto (1989 - heute) by keyword, author and date. 6. Kyô no shinbun: publication of important articles of the respective daily edition (morning and evening edition) in real time 7. Nyûsu sokuhô: real time news announcements. 8. Mainichi Shinbunsha no shiryô: Mainichi yoronsâchi: database of opinion polls published in the Mainichi Shinbun (1945-today). 9. 20seiki 2001daijiken: chronicle with pictures of important events of the 20th century, browing by subject or search by keyword or date are possible. 10. Mainichi Shinbunshashi: digital editon of the history of the publisher Mainichi Shinbunsha, search by keywords possible, also contains a list of the published serialised novels (1882-2001). 11. The Max Planck Encyclopedias of International Law is a comprehensive resource on every aspect of international law. The Max Planck Encyclopedia of Public International Law contains peer-reviewed articles on every aspect of the substance of international law. The Max Planck Encyclopedia of International Procedural Law maps and analyzes the systems and processes through which international law is made and adjudicated in practice.

- Medical Services and Warfare
A collection of digitised primary sources documenting medical history during times of armed conflict dating from the mid-19th to the mid-20th century. This database focuses on the Crimean War, the American Civil War, the First World War, and the Second World War among other conflicts. The impact on medicine during peacetime is also charted, notably through documents relating to the influenza epidemic of 1918 and post-war rehabilitation.

- Mercure de France, 1672-1810
Published from 1672, this influential periodical promised in its first issue to chronicle the activities of luminaries in metropolitan Paris, in the French provinces, and abroad, and to offer good literature to lovers of novels and stories. It was published first under the title Mercure Galant by Donneau de Vise. In 1724 the title was changed to Mercure de France, and the periodical was split into a literary and a political section. This collection provides an unprecedented primary source in which the cultural representations of layers of the French elite and academics can be explored over more than one hundred and thirty-five years in which the modern European world was truly born.

A bibliographic and full text database that provides area coverage related to political development; social development; foreign policy; economic development; investment; oil and petrochemicals; trade, and technological industries for the region. It also contains key primary source documents that date as far back as the Ptolemaic period.
